SwiftGen AI is an AI-powered platform that generates native iOS applications from natural language descriptions. The service includes app generation, modification, and preview capabilities.

2. Account & Credits

• You must create an account to use the service
• Free tier: 10 credits per month
• Credits are consumed per generation (1-10 credits depending on complexity)
• Purchased credits are non-refundable but persist until used
• Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over

3. Generated Code Ownership

You own the code generated by SwiftGen AI. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated iOS applications for any purpose, including commercial use. We do not claim any rights to your generated apps.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate apps that contain malware or harmful code
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or authentication
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Reverse-engineer the AI pipeline
• Share your account credentials

5. Service Availability

SwiftGen AI is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwiftGen AI is not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated applications before publishing to the App Store.
